But you're going to see the emotive side of any issue be more and more important to people. There's a book coming out on Thursday that I've got pre-ordered from Amazon by Daniel Pink. He was Gore's speech writer when he was VP but now he writes for Wired magazine. He maybe a liberal but his ideas about what's happening in our society are dead on in my opinion.

The book is all about a paradigm shift from the Information Age to the Conceptual Age where the meaning/story behind products or activites will be more important than the actual product itself.
