Barb Kneynsberg, RIP

Yesterday, the conservative movement lost a leader and a friend: Barb Kneynsberg. Barb was very active in groups like Eagle Forum and Concerned Women for America, but I will always remember her for her efforts to organize numerous grassroots training schools in Illinois. Barb and I first met when I worked at The Leadership Institute I can attest to the fact that Barb is solely responsible for getting hundreds (if not thousands) of conservative activists in Illinois trained. She could have easily run for office or sought out a glamorous role in the conservative movement, but she was more concerned with doing things than with getting credit for it. Servant leadership is rare, but we found it with Barb. We should thank God for conservative leaders like Barb. Barb, you will be missed!
