The Lazio Lesson

If you're a male candidate who is running for office against a female candidate, you might want to alter some of your tactics, accordingly. Today's Hotline reports:

Los Angeles Times' Thomas writes, "... Men can'' run against a woman the way they run against other men." Ex-Rep. Rick Lazio (R-NY) "learned" this in his '00 SEN bid against HRC. "During a debate, Lazio left his lectern and invaded her personal space to make a point. Many voters saw a man trying to physically intimidate a woman and Lazio lost the debate and the election" (1/23).
